  • We offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as other secure payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delivery across the UAE takes 2 to 3 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
